Our experience buying a used car from Johnsons Stourbridge was excellent. We saw the car on VWs approved car site and then contacted Johnsons directly. There was excellent communication from the start and all through the process. Really pleased with our car and after sales package. The car was very fairly priced.
The service and personal touch from Johnsons is exceptional. Happily recommend them.

My experience at Johnsons Stourbridge Volkswagen could have been better because They sold us the car and on the day we were supposed to collect it we were told they could no longer sell us the car as it is not fit for purpose. This same vehicle is still being advertised on the Stoke website. I still have not received my returned deposit 3 weeks later
