My experience at KT Motors Surrey Ltd could have been better because (1) there were significant advisories from the recent MOT that they were reluctant to address and were unpleasant to us after we insisted and they were not equipped to do the work themselves. (2) The car was very poorly prepared with an exhausted battery (replaced by me but reimbursed by the dealer), a nearly flat rear tyre, missing third row of seats (discount agreed for this) and a very basic valet so a pretty dirty car on delivery (e.g. moss growing in the roof rails, dirt in the door shuts, dog hair not vacuumed). (3) The RAC Warranty inspection checklist was not supplied and has stiil not been sent despite 3 requests

I would not recommend KT Motors Surrey Ltd because i brought a golf from them for £3700 and it was nightmare from the word go , in the first week we had to call out the AA twice and had the car put into a garage to find out the issues , we have been informed that the head gasket was gone and had been gone for a while ! the car would not start from cold and was a complete nightmare , i took the car back twice with in the first two weeks to be informed there was nothing wrong with it so i had an independent garage look at it at my cost of £120 to be told it needed a new engine and was not worth trying to fix ! when i took the car back I was offered to swap the car for a ford focus which was for sale at £3000 and i would get the extra 700 pound paid back into my account which I accepted as I needed a car urgently . the focus came with its own issues which has cost me £300 to put right so I have a working car , but it has now been over a month and i still have not received my £700 pounds back from them , after 20 emails they are now ignoring me even though I have emails from them promising to pay me ! currently in the process of going through the ombudsmen and then i will looking at the small clamed court to get my money back , I am not even after the money i have spent in the garages i just want my £700 pounds back so i can draw a line under the whole mess ! being £700 pounds out of pocket just before Christmas !!!! and now they wont reply to my emails or pick up the phone to me ! please please stay away from them as the cars have issues and even though they were nice to me when I was there the way I am being treated over £700 is terrible
