The experience at Wessex Garages Kia Bristol was great because there was no pressure. We had looked at a picanto in other dealerships and felt very pressure to make a sale. Our experience with Jacob was nothing like this, he listened to what we wanted and was very accommodating and generally just a really nice person to deal with. Wessex Garages Kia Bristol were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Ross, the salesman was very helpful and polite.
Up to the point of sale the customer service was very good, however, once the deposit was secured the service quickly went downhill. Questions not answered and had to chase multiple times. Handover was promised with mats, however, given a mismatch of mats (rear mats were used and different from front mats) Service and Log book not completed so have to now chase to remediate this. Car was fairly clean upon handover but not immaculate - around the door frames not cleaned for example. Overall, a disappointing experience once the sale had been secured.
