I would recommend Wessex Garages Nissan Bristol to friends and family because I did not find the salesmanship harrowing, as I have done in the past and I found the car I wanted at a reasonable price.

My experience at Wessex Garages Nissan Bristol could have been better because the car developed an oil leek before handover. Promises to keep me updated regarding the repair and arranging the handover date were not kept. Sales manager refused to take me call when I phoned to complain that I had been waiting over two hours for a phone call
Not acceptable - therefore cancelled my order and I consider myself lucky to have received a refund of money paid. And I never received a final apology for what went wrong! Not good customer care and all round bad experience which I will not repeat or suggest to anyone I know to use this garage
