The car we bought was presented to us with a full valet and guarentee for 12 months. Extreamly happy with our purchase.

Birchwood Kia Washington were fantastic because having had a bad experience with my local Kia dealership Birchwood were like a breath of fresh air. We were greeted in a friendly manner and made to feel very welcome with coffee etc. There was no hard sell and we were looked after every step of the way. Matt is a credit to Birchwood, he is friendly and knowledgeable and fully explained everything to us on both our visits. Nothing was too much trouble for him. In general there was a happy atmosphere in the whole dealership from everyone. We wouldn't hesitate to use Birchwood Washington again even though it's not that local to us. A big thank you and 10/10 to Matt though for all his help throughout the whole process, much appreciated.
