My experience at Hendy Van Store Gatwick was positive because the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and took time to go through everything with us.

My experience at Hendy Van Store Gatwick could have been better because despite having been in conversation for a week and agreeing that the vehicle would be ready to drive away on the day of my visit I have arrived to find that the vehicle was in an extremely unclean state and hadn’t been inspected either for cleanliness or mechanical soundness. The salesperson tried to tell me that the vehicle had been valeted however the cab was filthy and full of the previous owners rubbish. I was compensated to the value of a
basic valet however was also assured that I would be contacted to arrange a visit to my local site to inspect a concerning noise on the vehicle on the following Monday. . This has never happened despite being promised by the sales person on the Saturday and the notes being added to the paperwork. Extremely disappointing as buying a new vehicle should be a great experience and unfortunately Hendy have not provided this in this instance and then aftercare I would say has been poor but was actually non existent.
