I was pleased with Hendy Renault Dacia Poole and would recommend them because the overall experience was amazing. it was my first time buying a car for myself and I was explained everything about the documents. I was taken on a test drive and the salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. was answering my million questions and I could tell that he really did know what he was talking about. I was able to pick up my car a few hours early which was extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Poole to anyone. The place was very clean and tidy and the staff are so friendly and ready to help!

I'd definitely recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Poole to friends and family because I've dealt with Hendys and before Hendys with Westovers, and the service I have had has been excellent. For this sale I was attended to by Brendan and Charlie, and both of them were very helpful.

I'd recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Poole because the dealership was excellent. Shaun, the salesperson was very informative and a real pleasure to deal with, answering any questions I had. I had a testdrive and the young lady that took me out was very polite, friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. The delivery time for my car was very quick within a week. When taking delivery of my new car I had everything explained to me and offered to revisit should I need any further help. The car was valeted to a top standard. Thank you.
