Group 1 Volkswagen Southend

I have very worst experience from Group1 Volkswagen Southend. I bought approved used 2016 Tiguan RLine diesel dsg last week. They given me car with mechanically and electrically fault. They haven't cleaned the car interior and exterior. They haven't polished or detailed the car. The stone chips were very unprofessionally fixed. The ambient light on the roof was not working. The speaker was not working. The AC at the rear is not working. The tyre was showing loss of pressure after driving a couple of miles from the dealer. They where very unprofessional. They took a lot of time for accepting or validating the finance document. At the time of first visit the sales executive told me the 2 year service is available for £99 as a part of spring offer if I choose HP. I planned to go with cash payment, later changed my mind and I chosen HP. Then they ignored to give me the offer which they mentioned earlier. I had to sent multiple emails for the same enquiry to receive an update from them. They did not call me and update the status unless I call them. I doubt now whether they have serviced my car even though they claim that all the services were done. So far very very bad experience with VW. Never recommend or buy any cars from Group1 Volkswagen. They used me and my cash and given me faulty car.

If you want me to be happy, fix the car completely. Fix the paint works, scratches , deep clean in and out, say the truth to your customers. If you promise something, try to keep the promise than cheating the customers who is coming to buy goods from you.

I would recommend Group 1 Volkswagen Southend to friends and family because the car is brilliant, low mileage and a good price. The sales person Robert Radley was brilliant. He was very helpful and explained everything throughly. He stayed in touch and updated me on the progress on the car when I was waiting to pick it up. A positive experience for buying my first ever car.
