Adam was a very approachable and helpful from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

I would not recommend Mercedes of Norwich because we bought our car (a VWPolo) from their “trade” site advantage cars, which was at a different site, yet all the paperwork sent us to the main dealer site, COVID abiding we entered via the marked door and was directed to the “reception staff” telling them we were their to pick up our VW we were met with a “well this is a Mercedes garage” in a very degrading manner, my thoughts were “really!!!!l” having finally been told it was at a different site just down the road, we asked as we have travelled for a couple of hours could we use the toilet, (all toilets in services were closed) well the look of horror on the receptionist face was as if we had the plague. Eventually they agreed we could use the toilet, we then made our way to advantage cars where luckily we were treated in a far more pleasant manner, interestingly my daughter the same day visited Mercedes in Peterborough with her husband, he was looking to buy a top of the range a class, he was also treated as if he couldn’t afford a Mercedes, he walked out in the end and went across the road and bought a BMW instead, I have just ordered my new Audi Q3 £46,000+ which was going to go on a new GLA I will never buy a Mercedes, never before have I felt so judged by my appearance, shame on you!! Mercedes Norwich.

The experience at Advantage Cars Norwich was fantastic because of friendly and helpful staff making the experience exciting and unpressed.

My experience at Advantage Cars Norwich could have been better because, the paperwork for advantage cars is for the Mercedes main dealer site up the road, not from the area we followed our sat nav for nearly 2 hours to the main dealer site, here we were directed to the front reception desk where we were treated as not worthy to be there, the lady at the counter asked us what car we have come to pick up, I said a vw polo, then with a patronising smile she said “this is a Mercedes garage” really???.. we were then told it’s down the road and pointed in the right direction, as there are no toilets open at the services we asked if we could use the toilets, there was a silence before another lady said yes, most rude I certainly won’t buy from your Mercedes garage that is for sure, interestingly my daughter had a similar experience in the Mercedes dealer in Peterborough so she bought a BMW, and I have just ordered an Audi Q3 shame because the GLE looked very nice.
Second to this the polo we bought though it was nice when we picked it up the next day it smelt like an ashtray and the front grill badge fell off as I wiped it over, luckily the sales person at advantage has come to an agreeable outcome to this, I am surprised it met the standard for a garage sale though, would certainly make me think twice before going back.

I was happy with the service at Advantage Cars Norwich because they were friendly, patient and did not try to push a sale.
