My experience at Group 1 Toyota Medway could have been better because they could at least done the service for the first 12 months.
My experience at Group 1Toyota Medway was very positive as usual. I previously had a Toyota Prius which was a company car and group 1 did all the servicing and repairs and they were always very efficient and the staff were always excellent. Keep up the good work
Group 1 Toyota Medway staff (Hayley) were absolutely amazing. I don’t have much experience buying or financing cars and Hayley explained every step with kindness and I wasn’t made to feel like an idiot (as has been the case in other dealerships). She was knowledgable and gave me the relevant information to make an informed decision rather than pushing an agenda. An absolute cracking member of staff and would 10/10 buy a car from her again.
