Essex Motor Company Ltd were great because they were not too pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable. Karis was great from start to finish. I hope that the car will continue to be okay as had flat battery/breakdown after only 9 days, RAC warranty not recognised initially with the RAC but Karis & John sorted everything out and it only took a day to diagnose and fix immediately. All good and car fine. Was unlucky to have had a problem but Essex Motor Company resolved and sorted straight away so have complete faith in their honesty and prompt action to ensure I was happy.

I was pleased with Essex Motor Company Ltd and would recommend them because I have had no problems so far and the dealer was very helpful and polite.
