Drive Rite North East Ltd

First the dealership I bought my car from is Slaters motor store, I initially went to Slaters motor group. My question is why float another business under the guise of another company.

2ndly I was not given that the opportunity to test drive the car. I won't have made a more practical decision.

I particularly requested the transmission system to be serviced looking at the age and mileage of the car but on the dashboard it's showing transmission service is overdue by over 350days

I never knew it didn't have reverse camera

During handover, the back plate number wasn't well fastened and the screws were broken, they couldn't get it fixed and I was told to get it done myself.

It's the 3rd week now and I still have not gotten my invoice or receipt. They said it printer was faulty and it would be sent to me in WhatsApp. I started sensing foul play.

Finally, v5 hasn't bn sent in almost 3 weeks now.


I see them offering test drive to other customers but I wasn't given the same opportunity.

So please, I only know Slaters motor store not Drive Rite Northeast
