Autotrade South West had a great selection of vehicles, gave me sound advice regarding my trade in and Lia gave us excellent customer service, excellent communication.

My experience at Autotrade South West could have been better because when I rang and spoke to the Manager about why there was no manual or service history I was told I bought what I saw and most cars don’t have manuals he was very abrupt and gave me the impression once they had your money that was it no after sales at all. I would never go there again and would not recommend anyone else. The woman Lia was very nice but the manager was rude.
