I would not recommend Sandicliffe Hucknall because they did not stamp my service book I had to take it in. They did not address the reverse parking sensor which hasnt worked since I bought the car from them. They say its a Peugeot part that they havent a diagnostic for?! Well why are they servicing Peugeots? The faulty reversing sensor should have been reflected in the purchase price and at no point was i informed! I asked what was going to be done and i was fobbed off to see if i can get a diagnostic done on it and take it from there not happy at all! The car cost 8K and i'm inconvenienced having to take it to someone who knows what theyre doing to resolve it!

I would recommend Sandicliffe Leicester because staff were friendly & helpful, prices were explained before work started. My only complaint was that they needed to keep my car for an extra day and I was told that someone would ring me when it was ready for collection. I eventually phoned to find out when I could collect it & was told it had been ready for a while. By this time the weather had change & I got soaking wet because the weather changed for the worst.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Leicester because initially they probed to understand what I wanted and were helpful on the telephone. They did not try to rip us off but did what was necessary.
