My experience at Westover Land Rover Salisbury could have been better because they wanted my car and talked me in to an upgrade. Having done that I had to insist on a loan car until mine arrived (which I still hadn't seen). Went to collect it after more than 2 weeks to find it hadn't been cleaned. Was promised numerous calls which never materialised. Went to collect it eventually (today) and the poor man on reception who was being nice and chatty with me was told off in front of me for talking too much!!!!

Westover Land Rover Salisbury wasn’t able to complete the work, I am awaiting a recall, and they weren’t able to valet the car which was disappointing, they have said they will do it on the next visit.

We had our vehicle picked up from home and were told during the day how the MOT and service was progressing and finally the car was dropped off by a very pleasant young man who explained what had been done. We also felt they had done their best to keep the costs down for us.

I would not recommend Farnell Land Rover Guiseley because although lately we have been satisfied with the service of our Freelander we are not satisfied with the reliability of the car which we purchased from them. It has still done less than 40,000 miles, numerous things have gone wrong with it and the cost of servicing is exorbitant.
