Farnell Land Rover Nelson were fantastic because . Staff very helpful when car booked in for service and MOT. All aspects of work to be done explained before and after. I had a service and MOT package which I was very pleased with. Coffee lounge very welcome.

My experience at Farnell Land Rover Nelson could have been better because the rattle I reported is still present. I was told to that the car was ready and when I arrived to collect the car I had to wait for 50 minutes.

I was pleased with Farnell Land Rover Nelson and would recommend them because large display of new and used vehicles on display no Jaguars though !!

My experience at Farnell Land Rover Nelson could have been better because its become too corporate & a long way from the family dealership that i knew pre Farnell.
I have always used it for pre-booked servicing, which in the main has been satisfactory. This time I had to have my vehicle recovered to Farnell. To be fair the service manager explained that they were fully booked but even so - it took 3 working days before my car was looked at. Any number of fancy video inspections, health checks and customer surveys doesn't help me when I have no vehicle for a number of days. It has also become very expensive & I probably won't use them again.

I'd recommend Farnell Land Rover Nelson because of the very professional way they treat you on every visit.
