Snows Kia Newbury

The experience at Snows Kia Newbury was great because, I was completely taken care of, courtesy car, servicing and repairs and communication all arranged and undertaken with minimal fuss.

I would not recommend Snows Kia Newbury because the car has been back to the garage in the first 4 months. The side the first time was awful. Today I took the car in to recover fuel and a valet as an apology. When I got there there was big confusion, I had to go to another garage and then I was told that pick was an hour earlier than I had planned for. I have been late for work 4 times since Christmas and had to leave early 3 times.

The staff at Snows Kia Newbury were good because although there was a problem last year with my service and as a result I was offered a half price service and the person who dealt with me recommended that I didn’t use this offer until my next service in 2021 as this service was a small one (just under £100) and it would be more beneficial to use this on my next service.

I'd recommend Snows Kia Newbury but like all garages, still think it depends on who you get

Snows Kia Newbury were fantastic because I had a loan car whilst the work was completed, my car was ready on time and it looked new when I picked it up as it had been cleaned inside and out! I loved the video report that I received and the staff, as usual were brilliant :)
