I would not recommend SERE Motors Lisburn because I had the car serviced last year in SERE Belfast. During the service they phoned to say I needed brake pads and discs front and back. I was told the front brakes were completely done and that there was about 3000 miles left on the back. I told them to go ahead with the front and would do the back later. The quote was high. I went elsewhere and was told the discs were fine and got pads on for a much lower price. I went to Lisburn this year out of interest to see what would be said about the back brake discs. They passed the health check (approximately 14000 miles later). So now I don’t know if I paid for work last year that was necessary-or even if the work was done. I mentioned this to the receptionist when I picked up the car and asked her to get the service manager to give me a call. I never received a call. It’s a pity because the sales experience a couple of years ago was good and the staff were pleasant when arranging service. Trust has been lost

SERE Motors Lisburn staff were good because staff picked and dropped my car from and to the house which makes it very handy for me. I was well informed about time staff is coming to get the car and Megan explained what needs to be done in the car and choices discussed about cost of parts needed to be change and make.me decide based on my budget.
They also remind me every year when im due for service.
