I would not recommend PJ Nicholls Evesham because I dropped my car off at 8.30 in the morning and was advised that it would be ready by approximately 11.30am. I did receive a call to say that it wasn't quite ready and that they had some questions for me. My car was purchased in Jan 2024 from another Ford dealer and I was asked "when did I last have the air con serviced" to which I advised that it doesn't need it as it isn't even 18 months old. I was then advised "oh well that means you don't need your brake fluid changing then". I was then advised that I would receive a call to advise it would be ready to collect. I then waited at home until 3pm still with no call and when I called them I was advised it was ready for collection but it would be another 30 minutes as it hadn't been washed or cleaned yet. I attended at 4pm and was given the keys and I walked out. You could see that the interior and exterior had been rushed.

I was pleased with PJ Nicholls Evesham and would recommend them because they have persevered with tracking down a mysterious fault in my car. They are always cheerful and have done more than I could have hoped to solve the problem. I am very grateful, thank you.

My experience at PJ Nicholls Evesham was cracking because, as always, they do what they say, professional, helpful and friendly. Used them for purchases and servicing etc for many years. Very impressed with gleaming car I picked up. It was disgustingly dirty when I left it.
