I would not recommend Johnsons Wolverhampton Volkswagen. We asked for an estimate for remedying the mostly non-functional heater, as work undertaken by a local garage had not solved the problem. The mechanic also inspected other parts of the car whilst there, and a video was sent to us detailing A LOT of work. (The video was rapid and speech was fast and unintelligible.) We then received a telephone call from Johnsons informing us that unless certain problems were addressed the car would fail the MOT. My husband informed the female who had telephoned that my car had passed its MOT the week before. We were aware of certain problems that would need to be addressed, but there was no urgency. My husband collected my car (paid for loan car for the day) and we will not return to Johnsons for obvious reasons.

I'd suggest Johnsons Wolverhampton Volkswagen to a friend because they dealt with the work that I requested within the time
