When an error came up on my car, they jumped straight into action and gave me a replacement to use that was a newer model of my vehicle so I wasn't without the comforts. The experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Stoke was fantastic because the staff are extremely knowledgeable, Jason the lady who sold my car was fantastic. There is a very relaxed atmosphere in the show room and I allways feel comfortable whenever I visit. I have bought my last 4 cars from there. The late is great too
