Johnsons Volkswagen Stafford staff were good because, there was one question I was asked in the survey, was I offered any alternative transport. I actually wanted to wait for my vehicle, which was fine with me. I was checked upon to make sure I had a drink and was comfortable in the showroom while my vehicle was being serviced. Very happy with the service department, well done guys
The experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Stafford was good because it is easy to book, the staff are helpful and kept me informed.
I was advised on advisories but not pushed to have the work done there and then. The video walk through of the service is very informative.
I have had 2 great experiences buying new cars from Johnson's VW Stafford and although a 3rd was purchased elsewhere I still received great service for services and MOT's.
