The experience at Johnsons Skoda Birmingham was great because they were able to fit me in on a day that suited me, due to being a wheelchair user this was extremely helpful. The staff were accommodating during the visit.

The staff at Johnsons Skoda Birmingham were good because I arranged a waiting service appointment. I was able to work whilst I waited with free WiFi and access to coffee. The work was completed in time and the guy dealing with me was really nice

I would not recommend Johnsons Skoda Birmingham because the standard of customer care has taken a significant down turn since my last visit. Staff were hard to come by. When I was seen it felt that they wanted to deal with me quickly, without fully understanding what I needed. I was told of significant and necessary additional cost, well after work was supposed to be undertaken. The dealership looked messy and the car wasn't valeted or clean, which left marks from the service undertaken. The whole experience was significantly less than I have had in the past and I appreciate the high quality affordability of Skoda which I didn't have that day. To be told some excuse about a lack of valeting due to the environment is very very poor, especially when paying the cost of service that Johnsons are currently applying. All round very disappointed, and may now consider other brands.
