My experience at Johnsons Mazda Oxford could have been better because you changed your policy about cleaning the cars at the service. You charge £350 and not cleaned the car, first impression are very important. If you can't be bothered to clean the car, did you bother to check the breaks.
I was informed after I collected the car that you changed the policy. This was 17 June. I then received an email saying the policy changed on the 23rd June. I complained, but it did me no good. Very disappointing, you say your planting trees instead, but your just maximising your profits. Poor attitude. Very unhappy Mazda customer who has 2 Mazda cars. May now get them serviced somewhere else. I doubt if this will get a reply.

My experience at Johnsons Mazda Oxford was very good. I have been happy with the service over a number of years.
