My experience at Johnsons Mazda Oxford was memorable because I was told it would take 2 hours and was called before the 2 hours were up telling me the car was finnished.
I was very happy with the service provided. 10/10.

The work was carried out speedily and to a good standard. i had no complaints at all. The person who managed the appointment did so in a very friendly and professional manner.

Johnsons Mazda Oxford were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they are very efficient and use genuine Mazda parts.

I'd suggest Johnsons Mazda Oxford to a friend because the team has always looked after me and my Mazda cars. Susie is a real diamond in the bookings team, and John always does a great job and explains what has been done to my car. Really super people.

My experience at Johnsons Mazda Oxford could have been better because, in the past the work and service have been very good. This is why we returned there to purchase our second Mazda having bought the first there. However, there was a discrepancy in the billing for our service in 2024 (when we were covered by a service plan). Although this was corrected when we had the following service, in 2025, it wasn't a straightforward process to achieve that result. This year we were booked in at 09:00 for a minor service and an MOT. For some reason, although we arrived before 09:00, we were not able to collect the car until 16:30. We had to find things to do, to fill that time, in Oxford as we live some distance from Botley. It was a waste of a day.
