I always have a great experience when going into the Johnsons service department. Their staff are friendly and we have built a great relationship.

My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Oxford could have been better because they could valet the car as they used to do, they could know upcoming vehicles for sale much better, they could solve the many issues I had with bluelink, and they could have updated the recognition of road speeds by the car. They could also supply a video check as they have in the past after the annual service. They could have disgnosed a small waterpipe disconnection instead of telling me it would be twice the cost of the service to execute that.

I'd recommend Johnsons Hyundai Oxford to a friend because the service staff were amazing, especially Susie, please give her a special mention
