I would recommend Johnsons Hyundai Oxford to friends and family because the service is impeccable from start to finish. I love been able to book it it early in advance and the different options available. The service advisor was great at keeping me informed. Would thoroughly recommend!

My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Oxford could have been better because I was made to drive 7 km back home only to find out that there was a panel cover missing on the front right side. Electrical wires etc were exposed. I drove back again during the mid-day rush hour to have the poor quality service rectified.

Furthermore, my service maintenance book was not update at the last 20,000 mile service. I asked the service advisor to kindly enter the details and of the service. This was not done and I had to ask to have the entry recorded and stamped in the book, when I had been forced to return to get the poor service rectified.
