Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool were great because so professional
Although I've been having my car serviced with johnsons Liverpool for about six years and always been well looked after by your staff, but I booked my car for it's service about two months before it was due and I booked a curtesy car, only to be told when I arrived that none available, I'm now 76 and not to good walking so I had to wait for the car as I had no way to get home, this has left me very disappointed. I'm now cancelling my service plan after about six years not sure if will go somewhere else next year.
I'd suggest Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool to a friend because the salesman are really good however the service department promised me a courtesy car which I never got and had to wait 2 hours.. very disappointed
