Johnsons Škoda Stourbridge

Johnsons Škoda Stourbridge were great. I booked my car in for MOT with them as I needed 3 faults fixing prior to MOT. They starting investigating the first issue, quickly found a fuse had blown and realised that this fuse also would account for the other 2 faults. So change of fuse solved 3 faults and MOT passed successfully. Pleasantly surprised to get away with such a small bill!

I purchased my car from Skoda Stourbridge some time ago and have had it serviced there (on a service plan) since purchase and have always been pleased with the service that I received from Scott and his team. The service plan has now expired and I haven't renewed it, as I am considering replacing my car in the near future.
This visit was for an annual MOT, which was carried out without fuss (other than the initial booking, which used to be easy by calling the dealership and booking it in but now takes much longer by waiting for the call to be answered by the call centre, despite "my call being very important to you!")..

Johnsons Škoda Stourbridge were great because the staff were very helpful. The communication from the service team was good. I was also offered a courtesy car which was very much appreciated.
