I'd endorse Johnsons Škoda Liverpool because they managed to service my car even though the booking system on the app hadn't been logged on their system. The staff are friendly and explain additional work and cost before carrying anything out. However, you do pay a premium as it is a main dealership but if the car was younger and part of a maintenance plan I would have no problem going to them.
I was happy with the service at Johnsons Škoda Liverpool because all was completed first time on the day.
I do think the service took quite a long time. I dropped the car at 8:30 and it wasn’t ready until 2:15
