Crewe Audi

I would not recommend Crewe Audi because bolts missing from my car which is random as only Crewe Audi service my car. Still waiting for when these will be replaced. All torx 25 screws for under tray missing.

I have always found the staff at Crewe Audi to be very friendly, professional and helpful. This time I was looked after by Aimee who kept me up to date with what was happening to my car and was very helpful. Parking at Crewe Audi was much easier this time . I hope they continue with this system . It is much less stressful. I must also mention that when my car was returned to me I was stunned by how clean it was inside and out. It is always cleaned when I visit Audi but this clean was the best that I have seen it .

I would recommend Crewe Audi to friends and family because everyone involved including Katie dale keep me updated though out the whole service process even though they had to keep the car for 1 extra day to sort out an unforeseen issue which was not a problem.
