Blackburn Audi staff were good because, Fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The Audi Cam was the best I’ve experienced. clear, informative, and it answered all my questions with a helpful video explanation from the technician. All job sheets were provided promptly as requested, which added real transparency. A big thank you to Adam B, who delivered exactly the level of service

My experience at Blackburn Audi

I would not recommend Blackburn Audi because of the poor level of service in particular from the service department. My A6 Etron Avant has had to be looked at 4 times since I took delivery in January. Not only do you have to wait a long time to get it booked in, waiting for a courtesy car is months, they could not fix my vehicle. I was told it needed a new part and would arrive in around 1 weeks time. This ended up being a month and I had to continually chase it as I did not receive updates for the service staff. Whilst having the car as it had also suffered software glitches I was told they would run a software update. This was not done even though they had my car for a week. Thus I continued to suffer these issues. I was also offered my car to be cleaned yet having had to for a week it was handed back to me dirtier than when I left it. The car has had to go back again as suffered further software issues. It does seem finally to be fixed although none of the service staff nor mechanics know how to turn off my default on heated steering wheel! I’m hoping this is the end of it. The car is too advanced for its own good. This is my first Audi and I was warned by others persons I knew that Blackburn Audi service department provided poor customer service and I can say sadly these warnings have come to be true. Audi Blackburn service department really need to up their game. I would even consider travelling further to Audi Preston to get a better service.

My experience at Blackburn Audi

Blackburn Audi were fantastic because the welcome is always a friendly one, the standard of work is always good and my car always comes back cleaner than it goes in thanks to the complimentary wash and vac. A big shout out to John Sulemans in the service department who has really looked after me on the last couple of occasions I've had to take my vehicle into the workshop.
