My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Warrington could have been better because at first they refused to take my vehicle despite there being a major fault and not being on stop (car is still under warranty), they then changed their story when AA called on my behalf and claimed they would take the vehicle but AA had to recover it... To avoid the dispute I drove my vehicle into the dealership as it was safe to do so, but may have broken down on route. They had my vehicle for a week, came to collect the vehicle and was met with the same issue I had previously, they then had my car for a further few days, did not relook at the issue and gave me the car back in order to wait for the error to reoccur...
If it wasn't for having previous issues with this department and previous vehicles, I would give the benefit of the doubt that an occurrence such as this is a one off, however, it is unfortunately not.
I was pleased with Johnsons Volkswagen Warrington and would recommend them because the staff are always so friendly and helpful! I was able to sit at a desk comfortably and so some work on my laptop. I needed to have my dog with me as I’d returned straight from a trip and they were very accommodating.
