I was pleased with Johnsons Stourbridge Volkswagen and would recommend them because they are friendly and helpful. Also when I booked the car in it was via the vw national booking line. On the call I was recommended to have the engine flushed (an up sale)....however the service agent at the dealership told me this was nit necessary. The booking line had also put that I needed new spark plugs !!! This was questioned by Johnsons service agent when I dropped it off .... again definately not required. If you get booked in via the service booking line double check when you drop your car off that no unnecessary additions have been added without your knowledge. Johnsons checked with me and removed them.
