I had a great experience at Johnsons SEAT Liverpool because everyone went exactly as I was told and Corey the Motability agent was friendly and very knowledgeable and also he took time to explain things so I didn’t feel rushed.


My experience at Johnsons SEAT Liverpool was positive because I received an excellent service provided by Brian who went above an beyond to satisfy all my concerns and issues with my car.

My experience at Johnsons SEAT Liverpool could have been better because they didn't valet the car as previously done (over previous 15 years) a poor excuse given oil left on rocker cover and turbo casing media player left on (it was switched off when car was left) lights left on ( they were switched off when car was left) two years on the run l have given eight weeks notice for the car to be serviced and have been told there isn't one poor excuse given l also emailed the garage about this and they never responded l brought this up when l visited and the reply was poor. Customer service has deteriorated.

My experience at Johnsons SEAT Liverpool could have been better because the price of diagnostics to POTENTIALLY find issue with my car was ridiculously high starting from at least £600 for just taking off few components to inspect for potential fault not speaking about another amount that I would have to pay to put it all back together. I’ve spoke with alternative workshop that told me, this was not necessary to diagnose my fault and had more customer friendly hourly rate to diagnose and do work on the car it self.
