Johnsons Mazda Tamworth

I would not recommend Johnsons Mazda Tamworth because I was sent a recall from Mazda and rang to book the vehicle in for the work. When I arrived I was told by an advisor that the work had already been carried out previously ! Surely, when the call centre took the booking they should have checked the vehicle record and advised me that the work had been already completed ?
There was also a couple of minor warranty items that needed checking so not a totally wasted journey. I had requested a courtesy car as the work was expected to be a full day - the fuel gauge was on empty so i immediately had to find a petrol station !
I was told I would be contacted when the work was complete - I rang at 2.30 for a progress report - “ I’ll check ….. it’s just come out the workshop so it’s now ready “ - when I signed the job sheet on collection it reported that the work was completed BEFORE 11.00am !!
So, all in all, a disappointing experience at Johnstone Mazda Tamworth.

I would recommend Johnsons Mazda Tamworth to friends and family because they really make it easy to find what you want
