Johnsons Mazda Gloucester were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they are a good and organised dealership but I don't think after purchasing a car and paying extra for a service plan you should be charged for a courtesy car.
My experience at Johnsons Mazda Gloucester was cracking because all of the staff were extremely helpful and informative and i was kept up to date with progress. I was really pleased with the overall experience and will definitely go back next year for my service and MOT.
