Johnsons Hyundai - Oxford

Booking, drop off and collection was easy. Car cleanliness could have been improved.
Before the service, the car had a small coolant leak which left residue on the engine cover. I was expected this to have been cleaned off when the car was serviced to ensure future leaks could easily be spotted.

I would recommend Johnsons Hyundai Oxford to friends and family because They have always done a professional job on my car .the reception staff are excellent and always keep me updated of progress

I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Oxford because their service centre staff at Botley are an embarrassment and could not have handled my situation in any worse way. The way I was dealt with was a disaster from start to finish and I will never set foot in any of your service centres again after that dreadful experience. Immediate and basic customer service training required for Kirsty and Tom!!!!
