I would not recommend Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes because last year when I left my car there all day and went to work, I arrived back after 4pm and they still had not worked on my car. Then they scrambled and forgot to do the aircon as requested, update the Satnav and complete the years roadside assistance plan I was supposed to get free of charge. I had to wait for hours after a hard and stressful day at work, and now I have found, after this recent service, that they did not update the Satnav last year even though they had assured me they did. This service was the first time they informed me that after five years I would no longer be able to rely on them to update my satnav and doing so directly with
Harmon is costing us £20 per year!!! Also, this service was the first time, and only after I asked for it, that they supplied me with instructions on how to update the Satnav. They then searched for and gave me a booklet. It was when we updated the car Satnav, the car having been purchased from the same dealer, that we found that they did not update it last year, even though they assured me they had. And that would/should have been Johnson’s last time for my car. Just appalling service all round. And why did I not get that booklet at the time I purchased the car??? I will no longer be taking my car to Johnson’s because the prices are very high for such poor service!
I'd recommend Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes because they offer a good service. Hondas are good cars
