The experience at Greenhous Vauxhall Telford was fantastic because all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Greenhous Vauxhall Telford were good because they were prompt and courteous when I arrived and helpful when it became time to go. The car was parked when I arrived in a disabled space but not returned to one after the work was completed. Recognising this, a member of staff went to my car and brought it as near the entrance as was feasibly possible. I was booked in for both a service and MOT and remained on the premises for the 5 hours that it took to complete. A drinks machine and an area to sit and wait was available although, as a disabled person, I did find the chairs were not suitable as they were too low for me making sitting and rising from the chair painful. Having a chair or two that were specifically the right height (and shape) for disabled people would demonstrate, at least to me, that you had thought about the comfort and needs of disabled people whilst on the premises. I am more than happy to recommend Greenhous to friends and family.
