My experience at Frosts Chichester could have been better because there were two 'misunderstandings'!
1; I felt I was told at the time of purhase from Frosts I would have my MOT and first service free of charge [my reason for taking my car to Frosts] - this was not the case, only the MOT was free of charge.
2; I was told that my car would be collected. On the day of collection this was confirmed by text. A phone call was then received that I had to drive the car to Frosts and would be loaned a courtesy car. As I suffer from sciatica 4 trips in a car over four hours driving was very painful. Again had I known I would have serviced and MOT the car closer to home.
Overall my experience with Frosts went relatively well. I did have to wait a little over a week for an appointment but that is just a testament to how well their service is I suppose. I found that once my car was taken in that the problem was fixed and they even gave my car a clean and tires a refill of air which I wasn’t expecting, a very nice surprise. The only piece of advice I can offer any fellow car users is to double check and note the price for the service as I was quoted £164 for the works I needed but when I collected the car I was charged £232, I didn’t question this when I paid as unfortunately I had no proof to support the claim. But I was pleased enough with their work that I am planning to use the garage going forward.
