I was very pleased with the level of support I received at Westdrive Kia. The sales people were thorough and very happy to give us the time we needed. In particular, we appreciated the technical expertise and support provided by their expert at two points in time: 1) on the day I picked up the car, spending a good 30 minutes or more taking me through all the set up and functions of the car; and 2) in an after sales call where he very patiently and clearly answered all of my questions.

I was offered a test drive on my own but asked if it was possible for a staff member to accompany me , they were very happy to do this . Westdrive Mazda were helpful although the salesman sometimes needed a push reference contact etc, but saying that car was prepared and ready for the day specified Overall was happy slight problem with the control near handbrake but was rectified before I left. Car could have been a lot cleaner but 100% happy with purchase and would use again and recommend
