I'd endorse Wessex Cardiff Penarth Road because the whole experience has been hassle-free and straightforward. Ben Westerman was absolutely brilliant, he explained the process thoroughly, talked me through the paperwork that needed to be signed, presented options for additional service and insurance, was helpful throughout the whole experience. Even when I changed my mind as to the delivery date he handled everything with ease and ensured there were no delays. I was pleased with the standard of the delivered car and would definitely recommend Ben.

I was pleased with Wessex Garages Kia Bristol and would recommend them because the car was great. Haris & Tadas were very helpful.
The only Negative was there were No car mats which may seem a small detail but after spending over £30000 on a car Some New car mats & boot liner would have made the whole buying experience Perfect.
But have now come away from Kia Bristol a little disappointed... Shame really..!!!
