I would not recommend Thurlow Nunn Approved Used Car And Van Centre because my wife couldn't get on with the car so asked to take it back or swap it but they would with out me paying out more money.And my wife bought a car from them and the wheel nuts where all lose and lost 2 nuts of the wheels.as a gesture of good will they offered a tank of petrol even tho wheels could have fallen of.

Thurlow Nunn Beccles were great because the communication as so clear and inviting. before my appointment I received a video message meaning I knew exactly who to look for when I arrived. I mentioned what my situation was regarding PX an older car but wanting something newer and was shown the ones I was interested in, but when I decided against them was offered alternatives and a test drive in a car I didn't expect to even look at! After my test drive we decided to proceed with the purchase. I was asked the usual questions about various covers and took our a couple of the offers as they seemed a good value for money. I was offered a fair price for my part exchange vehicle and it saved me the hassle of a private sale. Details and information was clear the whole way through. Dane, the gentleman that sold us the vehicle was clear, friendly, approachable and exceptionally understanding. I didn't feel like a sales target, I felt like a customer that was heard and cared for. When I returned the following week to collect the car it was sat ready in the forecourt all shiny and beautiful and I drove away with a big grin on my face :)
