My experience at Perrys Aylesbury Commercial Centre could have been better because vehicle not prep properly stickers on windows Scratch on bodywork, more mileage than quoted when offered to purchase. Locking Wheel nut missing, unsure whether replacement ordered Noted missing before leaving Perry's & even though question asked since.

I would not recommend Perrys Aylesbury Ford because there was no proper handover, it took over 2 hours even though I was paying cash, it appeared that the person who was doing our sale was doing every sale that day even though there were at least 5 other sales people there. My final handover of the keys was done by the guy who put the petrol in the car not the sales person. I spent a lot of money with you but no real handover which really disappointed me.

Perry's Aylesbury have a lot of choice and a friendly sales teams .. However communication can be a bit slow when the shop is busy. When I bought the car I could only have it after a month from test driving it as it was only registered in March 2026. The car had 400 miles and I was told that the car will not be used for test drives and that it will only be used in an emergency. when I picked it was showing over 1000miles. I wasn't told about this, so I only found out when I got home. I didn't check either before I drive off. The fact is they didn't keep their promise. Overall good service. Thank you.
