On arrival at the showroom in Hull i got the impression that this motor trader was a bit different from the rest. It looked tidy and with a good selection of cars. When we went inside we were greeted by Dave who then helped us to have a look at a car and arranged the test drive. No gimmicks no pressure sales no bull, just straight talking and a good deal. The other staff greeted us with a smile and had the time to even have a quick chat in passing.

The experience at Livingstone Motor Group was good because the Service Team are friendly and efficient and take the time to explain what needs doing and why. I also appreciate the fact that they don't do work that isn't necessary at the time and give advice on when additional work should be undertaken.

I’d first like to start by saying the sales staff were fantastic and super accommodating to us trying to look at a car with our children present. Unfortunately, the car we bought was found to have many faults and multiple plastic parts within the car breaking as soon as they were used. The dealership have fixed most of the issues however we are still waiting to have the rest fixed. 8 times so far I have had to visit the dealership to have them fixed, with other trips needed. Their communication ability leave a lot to be desired and only gave updates when I called to express frustration. The car was priced well however this has also been reflected in the after care service we have received so far. There was a parent lack of care for the frustration and inconvenience caused by so many return trips, with more to do.
