I would not recommend DS Salon Preston because the hand over was very unprofessional. The date was set a week after choosing the vehicle, all the paper work was completed on the day only to be told the cars not ready. A car was lent to me off the forecourt only to find there was no fuel in it so I had to go a put a bit of fuel in to last me the day. On filling up I noticed there were no registration plates on so I had to go back to the garage to get the plates fitted. It was a complete shambles and a waste of my time off from work

Morgan was the salesman I dealt with and he sold me the car without selling it to me. By this I mean he gave me all information on the car organised the test drive and there was absolutely no hard sell letting me decide to purchase without pressure. This was also the case with the extended warranty and service plan. The car was prepared ready and waiting on the day of pick up and Morgan explained all the features of the car before we drove away and was a pleasure to deal with. This cannot be said for all car salesman.
