Holdcroft Group is a family owned business, established since 1966, and now one of the largest motor vehicle retailing groups in the UK with dealerships across the Midlands, North Staffordshire and Cheshire including Stafford, Stockport, Cheshire Oaks, Crewe, Hanley, Cobridge, Warrington, Macclesfield, Northwich, Oldham and Stoke. Holdcroft Group represent a number of brands including Volvo, Honda, Hyundai, Renault, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu and Dacia in new and used car and commercial models. Their dealerships offer an extensive range of manufacturer-approved Aftersales services including servicing, repairs, MOTs and parts. In addition to this, assistance with Motability, van or car leasing and finance is offered at the Holdcroft Group dealerships. Fleet and business customers are welcome at the dealership to discuss their options.

As well as their dealerships, Holdcroft Group also have a dedicated Body Shop Centre in Hanley with manufacturer trained technicians.

GWM ORA Holdcroft Crewe were great because from the moment we walked into the dealership, staff were very professional but warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and this made our visit relaxing and stress free. Didn’t feel pressured at all as we were encouraged to take as long as we needed between ourselves. Holdcroft Chery Crewe staff were good because Sam in sales was fantastic at communicating, keeping me updated with progress and going above and beyond printing personalised plates for the vehicle. He explained the fianance options in full and offered different finance packages dependant upon part exchanging my vehicle or completing a private sale.

My experience at Holdcroft Dacia Wolverhampton could have been better because 1. Seller ignored my email. He promised many times call me back, but almost always I needed to call. 2. I bought a car on-line. Car was terrible prepared. Missing LPG adaptor, missing tyre repair kit - standard equipment for my car. 3. Car delivered with broken front window. 4. Dealer promised that car serviced on December but I don't exist any proof about it. My car flashing remind service in next 25 days. On official Dacia database last service is recorded on march 25. 5. I need to drive myself 150 miles to Wolverhampton (on this Friday 06.03) for repair something which should be check and repair before delivery.
