Hendy Group is a new and used dealership group which has been established since 1859, and now operates 25 sites across the South Coast including locations across Devon, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex. Hendy Group represent a number of brands including SEAT, Ford, Kia, Mazda, Honda, Ford Transit, Iveco, MG, Renault and Suzuki in new and used car and van sales. In addition to this, Hendy Group dealerships also offer an extensive range of manufacturer-approved Aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs and parts. They also offer assistance with Motability, van or car leasing and finance, and fleet and business customers are welcome to discuss their options at the dealerships.

As well as their franchised dealerships, the Hendy Group also operate two Hendy Car Stores, based in Exeter and Portsmouth, which have a large stock of quality used vehicles.

Hendy BYD Tonbridge were great because the service was friendly and the experience was made easy. There were a few issues that had to be dealt with which could have caused a longer delay with collection but these were dealt with efficiently. I find buying a car a chore and once my mind is made up I like a quick service without all the spill, which is what I received here, don't need all the bells and whistle service. Just polite, professional and friendly. Marlon was always happy to help and had a smile on his face, Ranj was also very helpful with after sales calls. All in all a great service!

I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth because after over a week I am still waiting for a car manual to arrive, My lap top will not speak to my printer, so I cannot access the manual that way. I need a physical manual to sit in front of the dash board and work out what everything means, I am not sending your key to you until I have received the manual, as it's going to cost me a lot mote than it is you. I will also add, a rusty front nearside brake and four tyres all on the wrong pressures do not fill me with confidence. The tyre pressures have been sorted, but without a handbook, I am not certain My car will be checked right through by my mechanic, which will cost me a lot. My mechanic told me you were a large company,b and I could rely on you and all would be fine. The only thing I can say is that I am disappointed in your performance.
