Chapelhouse Kia Southport were helpful because I was buying my first car and I was recommended here from a family member. I had a great experience at Chapelhouse MG Bolton because I felt Yaqoob was genuine in his sales technique and was keen to make sure it was the deal I wanted . I am really pleased with the car ( a demonstrator MG3 hybrid) and although there were a few small things missing at the handover- no spare key and car mats these have been resolved by Yaqoob .He has also been very helpful in arranging for personal plates to be put on the car. Buying a car can be stressful but I felt supported rather than pressured at Chapelhouse MG Bolton.

I would not recommend Chapelhouse MG Southport because I just felt rushed and pressured at the handover. I didn't feel the interior of the car had been valeted since my first viewing, there was mud on the seats and dog hairs and dog smell. It didn't feel like a new (new to me) car experience which you still want for the money you pay.

My experience at Chapelhouse MG St Helens was positive because I was shown a car that satisfied my needs. Reasonable price. I have bought car from Chaplehouse before and it has always been good. Only downside is lack of parking when bringing car in for service. However there is a gentleman usually on hand to help.
