I was happy with the service at Cartime Rochdale because the customer service was brilliant. Most car dealerships are extremely pushy and can be quite a stressful experience. Straight away I noticed that the selection of cars at car time was great and in very good condition. I had a specific car in mind that I’d seen on there website. Paul approached me after I had chance to look around all of the vehicles on site and showed me around the vehicle I was interested in. He straight away offered me a test drive and later talked through all finance / payment options with me. Initially this car wasn’t within my budget so he kindly found another car that was at their other branch and got it delivered the next day for me to test drive. Paul and Lee made sure I was satisfied every step of the way and went above and beyond to make my experience 10/10. Couldn’t recommend car time enough!
