I went to Ford - I needed to source a new car at short notice - went to discuss my options - the sales person was brilliant I couldn’t fault him - everything explained - everything so easy and he was approachable ! I think his name was Matt and he was just great ! Wasn’t pushy ! Didn’t force a sale, patient and just filled me with confidence from the outset explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble - I would recommend Matt I would recommend Birchwood Ford Eastbourne.

My experience at Birchwood Kia Eastbourne could have been better because the car I bought was a Kia Sportage GT line my wife trying the passenger seat for the first time found it very low, I said no problem when we stop I will pump it up as she felt she was sitting on the floor, to my amazement there was no height adjustment on the passenger seat which I did not check before buying, I phoned the dealers and they said they would get back to me on Monday (tomorrow) this is not a budget priced car and I would expect this as standard, if this cannot be resolved I would want to return the car as my wife will not travel in it. Could I have your comments please (urgently)
